PHOENIX, ARIZONA (Dec. 5, 2022) – NAI Horizon represented the landlord in a long-term lease for a national investment firm at a highly visible asset on Carefree Highway.
Senior Vice President John Filli – an industrial, land, and investments sales specialist with NAI Horizon – represented the landlord, Zead Family Limited Partnership of Phoenix in a long-term lease for Edward Jones Investments at the Village at Sonoran Canyon, 2525 W. Carefree Highway, Building B, in Phoenix.
The Village at Sonoran Canyon boasts a great location on a busy portion of Carefree Highway 1 mile east of Interstate-17, surrounded by new residential and commercial developments. This office complex is professionally managed and has a great tenant mix of professional office and medical businesses.
