NAI Horizon represents seller in $1.2M disposition of industrial building in Deer Valley Airpark

PHOENIX, ARIZONA (July 18, 2024) – NAI Horizon facilitated the $1.224 million disposition of an industrial building in the Deer Valley submarket, an asset that sits 9 miles from the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company plant in North Phoenix.

NAI Horizon’s Jay Mininberg, J.D., represented the seller, MM2 Myrtle, LLC, of Phoenix, in the disposition of Deer Valley Business Center II, 1745 W. Deer Valley Road, Suite 108, Phoenix. The industrial property totals 4,000 SF.

“It was a highly sought-after asset, The buyer submitted an aggressive offer with like terms,” Mininberg said.

Built in 2005 and renovated in 2022, Deer Valley Business Center II is a two-story owner-user flex warehouse office in the highly sought-after Deer Valley Airpark.

The buyer is an owner user, J. Charles Hakala and Laurie Marr Hakala, Trustees of the Hakala Living Trust. Zak Kottler and Joe Cosgrove with LevRose Commercial represented the buyer.
