PHOENIX, ARIZONA – NAI Horizon represented JAM Apache Trail, LLC in the $2.34 million ($189 PSF) disposition sale of Apache Trail Marketplace, a 12,380-square-foot, multi-tenant retail property located at 2430 W. Apache Trail in Apache Junction, Arizona.
NAI Horizon Executive Vice President Lane Neville and Senior Associate Logan Crum represented the seller. The buyer, Olivia Pearl, LLC, was represented by Ghirardo Real Estate Group, Steve Ghirardo.
“Apache Trail Marketplace is a well-maintained and attractive property with longstanding tenants,” Neville said. “A unique attribute of this retail property is it is anchored by a strong medical tenant.
“Arizona Skin & Laser Therapy Institute, one of Arizona’s most renowned and regarded dermatology practices, occupies approximately 50 percent of the property with the longest lease term. Arizona Dermatology is a stabilizing force and a strong draw for the property,” Neville said.
Other key tenants include Cricket Wireless, Fatman’s Pizza and Kure Corp.
