The Crossing at Sahuarita is across from Walmart Supercenter, Ross, Big Lots, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Petco, Wells Fargo, Walgreens, Bank of America, 99 Cent Only and other national retailers. All conveniently located near a full diamond interchange at I-19 and Duval Mine Road.
Sahuarita is a growing community south of Tucson and the Tohono O’odham Nation that abuts to the north end of Green Valley, 15 miles south of Tucson. With a population of 25,259 at the 2010 census, Sahuarita had grown to an estimated 31,421 by 2019.
The Crossing at Sahuarita opened in 2018, developed by Wadsworth Development Group and Accelerated Development Services.
Sahuarita Covenant Group an affiliate of Wadsworth Development purchased a 35,129-square-foot pad at The Crossing at Sahuarita for construction of a Pacific Dental Services built-to-suit office. The pad sold for $750,000 ($21.35 PSF). The seller was FAE Holdings.

Also at The Crossing at Sahuarita, HZ Props RE, Ltd. bought a 46,253-square-foot pad for construction of a Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen Restaurant for $1.1 million ($23.78 PSF).
In 2019, one of the most successful launches in quick service restaurants (QSR) history, the Popeyes® Chicken Sandwich, impelled the brand to impressive US comparable sales trending in positive-low forties percent in third week of May up from flat in the second half of March 2020.

Just down the street at the Duval 19 Commercial Center, 18800 S Nogales Hwy. in Sahuarita, a Dutch Bros recently sold for $1.93 million ($2,386 PSF). The 810-square-foot Dutch Bros constructed in 2019, sits on a 16,754-square-foot lot in Sahuarita Plaza and was purchased by James D. Borel for investment, leased to Dutch Bros.
The asset sale closed September 2, 2020.
CVP- Sahuarita Plaza DB LLC, an affiliate of Cole Valley Partners of Portland Oregon, purchased the land from Team Adams Sahuarita for $765,000 ($28 PSF) to develop the Dutch Bro’s Coffee. in Sahuarita Plaza.
