Goodyear Will Be Company’s First Free-standing Drive-Thru in AZ
PHOENIX, Arizona – Noodles & Company, a Colorado-based restaurant company, will open its sixth location in Greater Phoenix at The Market at Estrella Falls Shopping Center, 15280 W. McDowell Rd. in Goodyear. This will be the Company’s first free-standing drive-thru restaurant in the Arizona market.

Ortega and Nick Ault with Colliers in Arizona negotiated the lease transaction. Ortega and Ault serve as the tenant representatives for Noodles & Company. Noodles & Company is expanding throughout the greater Phoenix area with new planned units for 2021 and 2022. The Market at Estrella Falls Shopping Center is owned by Estrella Falls Land, LLC of Ohio.
Noodles & Company will construct a free-standing, 2,300-square-foot restaurant at the shopping center. The Company has leased the space for 10 years with two options for additional five-year terms. Plans call for the restaurant to open in early 2022.
The fast-casual restaurant company responded to the pandemic-driven demand for takeout food. They implemented an order ahead drive-up window as another channel for customers to pick up food. The implementation of the Noodles & Company mobile app and expanded delivery models have made access to freshly prepared dishes very convenient.
