North Canyon Ranch Shopping Center Sold for $8.7M to 1031 Exchange Buyer

North Canyon RanchGLENDALE, AZ – North Canyon Ranch, a 70,428 SF, Goodwill-anchored, retail plaza at 3830 W. Pinnacle Peak Rd., Glendale sold for $8,700,000. Price per foot was calculated at $123.

Lee & Associates Principals Pat Dempsey and Jan Fincham represented the seller PLC Pinnacle Peak, LLC, Vista, CA. The team also secured the 1031 Exchange buyer, First Ave/Wetmore Office Plaza, LLC, Tucson who obtained new financing. The transaction closed on June 10.

Built in 1996, the multi-tenant North Canyon Ranch sits on over 5 acres at the corner of Pinnacle Peak Rd. and 39th Dr. The shopping center is close to the popular Wet ‘N Wild Phoenix water park and convenient to Interstate 17.
