Northwest Church Changes Hands for $2.25 Million

TUCSON, Arizona, August 16, 2023 – The Third Church of Christ Scientist at 7355 North Paseo Norte in Tucson changed hands to Lifepoint Church on July 26^th for $2.25 million ($224 PSF) in an all-cash transaction.

The 10,045-square-foot church, built in 2002, sits on 4.5 acres northwest of Ina and Paseo Del Norte.

The buyer, Lifepoint Church is a local Christian Church currently located at 7330 N Oracle Road in Tucson.
