Old Pueblo Community Services (OPCS) purchased a 10,200-square-foot group home facility at 3701 E 3rd Street in Tucson from Rio Verde Ventures (Jeffrey Katz, manager)for $600,000 ($59 PSF). The property consists of six casitas (built 1947) and eight apartments (built 1958) for an aggregate of 14-units ($42,857 per unit) at the northeast corner of Third Street and Dodge Blvd.

Formerly occupied as Tucson Centers For Women, the properyty includes a secure walled campus with central courtyard, covered ramada, basketball court, playground, commercial kitchen and laundry room. A 1,300-square-foot SFR has been converted to an administrative and meeting room building prior to sale.
