Those are a few of the commitments RestorationHQ, a commercial-only emergency services general contractor, will bring to a new Tucson office, the company announced. It will provide services that it offers its clients in the Valley.
Tucson is synonymous with innovation. Tucson is diverse. It’s a relatively small city, but not when it comes to innovation and diversity.
“We will be officially opening the doors to our Tucson location on July 5 just in time for the summer monsoon season,” said RestorationHQ President and Owner Sergei Guk. “We added two vertical development managers to forge relationships in Tucson, we joined industry trade associations to become part of the Tucson community, and will be partnering with local initiatives to give back.”
Determined to set new standards for the industry, RestorationHQ serves the commercial space as a friend, partner, and teammate. It considers Tucson a community defined by innovation, history, technology, vision, stability, and culture.
“Tucson is a community built on family and friends; it is legacy and home,” Guk said. “Our goal is to align ourselves with our clients, and continue to evolve and grow. To be that family and friend.”
RestorationHQ services include emergency response and mitigation from water intrusions and fire damage; mold remediation; asbestos abatement; hazmat/bio-cleaning services; post-mitigation reconstruction and other building related emergency issues.
Guk said the Tucson location at 944 W. Grant Road will comprise a new office and warehouse.
“We are looking forward to taking our knowledge garnered, our best practices formulated over the years, and applying them to the Tucson market to help create better custom solutions for the commercial customer there,” Guk said. “In order to be prepared to service the Tucson market we had to ensure that all of our resources were located locally, allowing for a faster response time.”
Since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, RHQ has refined and developed its internal structure and processes and strengthened its partnerships, Guk said. RestorationHQ experienced a 20 percent staffing growth in 2021 with a restructured marketing and sales team to initiate growth in the new markets.
There is another reason for expanding the company in Tucson, Guk said.
“Opening the Tucson office is our next step in building a franchise model,” he said. “We focused intentional effort in building a well-grounded standard operating procedure from initial phone call to job completion and every detail necessary to maintain continuity of operations. This is our opportunity to showcase these efforts and expand our passion for servicing our commercial clients. Tucson is the first step toward launching our franchise model that will eventually cross state lines as we continue to scale our business model.”
