TUCSON, AZ – Brast Holdings, LLC, dba Tucson Stoneworks, has purchased a freestanding building with 12,907-square-feet of ground floor area and 3,711-square-feet of mezzanine floor area, for a total of 16,618-square-feet, situated on a 2.79-acre parcel of C-2 / I-1 zoned land located at 3901 N. Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ.

The sale price was $1,356,304 ($82 PSF) and occurred on February 21, 2020.
