O’Reilly Auto Parts expands in metro Phoenix with 8th new store in Glendale

GLENDALE, ARIZONA — Glendale Development Group LLC, an affiliate of Long Development Corporation (David Long, President) has purchased 2.08 acres located east of the southeast corner of Dysart Rd & Glendale Ave for the construction of a 7,225-square-foot O’Reilly Auto Parts store on 0.87 acres of land and additional 1.21-acre PAD available for future development or sale.

The site is located next to a high-volume Circle K, within close proximity to Luke Air Force Base and near the growing Marbella Ranch. O’Reilly Auto Parts is scheduled to open in 2^nd quarter 2021.

Long was self-represented in negotiations for the buyer in the purchase. Sunbelt Holdings (as an affiliate) of Seller was self-represented.
