PHOENIX, AZ – P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily housing and real estate development, management and acquisitions, has been awarded for its outstanding participation in Project Safe, an interactive and family-friendly safety awareness program supported by the Arizona Multihousing Association.

One of P.B. Bell’s Mesa communities, Reflections at Red Mountain, was honored for “Best Resident Participation,” while P.B. Bell portfolio director Cary Cole was recognized for her ability to gain participation in Project Safe from every property in her management portfolio.

The Project Safe (Safety Awareness Family Education) program encourages communities to organize family-centric, safety-themed events. This summer, nearly 120 residents attended the Project Safe event at Reflections at Red Mountain, where more than a dozen children received I.D. kits as part of the Arizona CHIP Program, supported by the Masonic Lodge.  The Child Identification Program (CHIP) aids in the identification and recovery of missing children by proactively capturing fingerprints, physical descriptions and a DNA sample.

“As a company, P.B. Bell values safety, and we’re proud to see that our residents do, too,” Debbie Willis, P.B. Bell president and designated broker of property services, said. “Every one of our properties is a community, and it’s heartwarming to see our communities working together to foster safe environments for all of our residents.”

Cole, a portfolio director for P.B. Bell, was honored for encouraging her portfolio of properties to participate in Project Safe events and for then securing 100 percent participation from the properties in her portfolio.
