Pacifica Companies Acquires 275-Space Tucson Mobile Home Park for $26.13 Million

Pacifica CompaniesTUCSON, ARIZONA (July 14, 2026) — Pacifica Companies LLC purchased Desert Classic Mobile Home Park, a 275-space manufactured housing community in southeast Tucson, for $26.13 million.

Located at 5250 S. Campbell Avenue and 5111 S. Cherry Avenue, the property encompasses approximately 35.38 acres, totaling 1.54 million square feet. The transaction equates to approximately $95,018 per mobile home space and $16.96 per square foot of land.

The transaction included three parcels within the International Mobile Home Park subdivision. The parcels are zoned MH-1 for mobile home use and are located near South Campbell Avenue in Tucson’s southeast submarket.

Built in 1972, Desert Classic includes two support buildings totaling approximately 1,865 square feet. The improvements include a clubhouse and shower facility. The property was reported in average condition at the time of sale.

The investment sale closed June 30, 2026. Desert Classic Mobile Home Park LLC sold the property to Pacifica Companies.
