MESA, Ariz. (December 5, 0225) — Wespac Construction, Inc. is proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting and grand opening of the new U.S. headquarters and manufacturing facility for XNRGY Climate Systems, located within Gateway East at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.

This milestone marks the official debut of a world-class center dedicated to advancing innovative, sustainable HVAC and climate-control solutions in the U.S.

The 275,000 SF facility represents the first phase of XNRGY’s ambitious four-phase master plan, which will ultimately deliver 1 million SF of high-performance, sustainable manufacturing space. Strategically positioned within Gateway East, a master-planned development on the east side of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, the site offers unmatched connectivity to major transportation routes, including the 202 Freeway, State Route 24, and nearby access to Ray, Ellsworth, and Pecos roads.

RV Storage and Landscaping Business Site Sells for $2.5 Million in Marana

MARANA, AZ (December 4, 2025) — A 44.1-acre commercial land parcel along I-10 in Northwest Marana has sold for $2,500,000 ($56,689 / acre, $1.30 PSF) for RV Storage and landscaping business. The site, located at 11135 W Adonis Road, sits near the southeast corner of Adonis Road and Grier Road and features over 2,200 linear feet of interstate frontage.

The buyer, K2 Properties LLC of Mesa, AZ, acquired the property from 11135 Adonis Holdings LLC, an Edina, Minnesota–based owner. The sale included a seller-carryback component.

The transaction closed on November 19, 2025, and is zoned E – Transportation Corridor.

The buyer, Kelly Shepherd, manager of K2 Properties LLC, intends to develop with partners:

  • An RV storage facility on the southern 20 acres, and
  • A landscaping materials business with a storage yard on the remaining acreage.

The level site has existing water and power at the property line and potential sewer access. The Town of Marana has indicated support for near-term development and plans to complete Adonis Road to provide improved connectivity to the rapidly expanding Tangerine Road/I-10 corridor, which includes a planned 4,500-home mixed-use master-planned community just north of this site.

Strategic Location

The parcel’s high-visibility position along I-10, combined with its proximity to large-scale housing and commercial development, makes it well-suited for:

  • RV and boat storage
  • Contractor yards
  • Industrial outdoor storage
  • Mixed-use warehouse or service-commercial operations
