Rommie Mojahed named 2020 Top Producer at SVN in Phoenix

Rommie Mojahed

Phoenix, AZ – A nationally recognized name in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, Rommie Mojahed, the Director of Retail Leasing & Sales Investments has been named the 2020 Top Producer of the Year at the SVN franchise in Phoenix.

Rommie Mojahed was named 2020 Retail Broker by AZ Business Leaders Magazine at the beginning of last year and he continued to be a staple in the retail industry throughout one of the most challenging years in the CRE industry. Mojahed was faced with obstacles just like everyone else throughout the entire year but Mojahed stated, “Persistence always pays off.”

One of the most memorable and historic experiences for Mojahed was closing the sale of the iconic Duke building in central Phoenix. The longtime photography studio, known to the community for high school senior portraits, sports photography and family photos was sold to Aaron Klusman with Klusman Family Holdings, LLC, where Mojahed represented the buyer in the $2,000,000 sale. “There were some hurdles that we needed to get through and we were able to get what we needed during the shutdown of COVID-19. It created some delays in the escrow process, but we were excited when we finally closed,” said Mojahed.

“I really had to encourage my clients to work with and accommodate the buyers and tenants last year. It presented a difficult process in some cases, but this allowed us to keep deals alive during the uncertainty of COVID-19,” said Mojahed. Last year, the top broker closed more than eighty-five percent of his deals through long-term lease transactions, while the other remaining percentage of closed deals were sales among retail and land acquisitions primarily in the southeast valley. He closed over a dozen multimillion-dollar deals in the process which earned him to be selected to the TOP 100 advisors within the SVN International Corp. out of over 1,600 advisors. Not only did he make the incredible list of recognition, he ranked in top 50 advisors within the SVN network.
