NOVEMBER SHOWS

Nov 6, 10am – The American Revolution: A Rowdy, Physical Theatre Take on History! School Matinee A cartoon of a fox Description automatically generated

Seven actors, two feet off the ground, share 21 square feet of space and recreate the American fight for independence, from Lexington to Yorktown. Using only the actors’ bodies, voices, and (pantomimed) cannons, the show evokes an epic time period in American history. Combining tongue-in-cheek humor with a dash of derring-do, “The American Revolution” is a rowdy, bare-boned, physical-theater take on history!

Penning elegant, lush, pitch perfect arrangements of much of the great American songbook, from Cole Porter to Frank Sinatra, the Daddies have surprised many- likely familiar with them from the early ’90s- whose limited exposure to the band undoubtedly consists of an image of spray painted vans careening across the US as an   iconoclastic, misfit part of an already marginalized punk/ska scene. “Davina Sowers creates her own Americana mishmash — a little Amy Winehouse-worthy neo-soul here, a little Great American Songbook-influenced songcraft there.”  Rolling Stone Magazine

“Davina and the Vagabonds combat heartache with sugar and sass.”  ~ DOWNBEAT MAGAZINE

Nov 28, 7:30pm – Darlene Love: Love for the Holidays

Rolling Stone Magazine has proclaimed Darlene Love to be “one of the greatest singers of all time” and that certainly rings true, but perhaps Paul Shaffer says it even more concisely: “Darlene Love is Rock N’ Roll!” – which was made official when she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by Bette Midler, a great fan of her work, in 2011. During the celebration, the two ladies enjoyed performing He’s A Rebel together and as part of the festivities, Darlene also sang He’s A Fine, Fine Boy backed by another distinguished fan, Bruce Springsteen.

Nov 29, 7:30pm – Stayin’ Alive: One Night of the Bee Gees

STAYIN’ ALIVE offers to their audiences the songs and sights of a full Bee Gees playlist, singing blockbusters such as “Night Fever”, “Jive Talkin’”, “How Deep Is Your Love”, “You Should Be Dancing”, “Nights on Broadway” and “Stayin’ Alive”. In addition, they perform softer poetic ballads such as “I Started a Joke”, “Massachusetts”, “Fanny Be Tender”, “Words” and “To Love Somebody” among other great hits. STAYIN’ ALIVE is the largest and most definitive production of its kind, offering big screen video clips, photos and dazzling imagery. STAYIN’ ALIVE has played intimate settings as a six-piece band and huge venues with a 62 piece orchestra. STAYIN’ ALIVE is the quintessential tribute band to the Bee Gees, capturing the excitement of live performance and the tender subtleties of the human voice!

PICOR Team’s Largest Lease and Top Retail Sale of Q3

TUCSON, AZ (October 27, 2025) — As 2025 moves into its final quarter, several major transactions helped define Tucson’s commercial real estate landscape in the third quarter. Rick Kleiner and Alexis Corona negotiated the largest lease completed by Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, while Greg Furrier and Natalie Furrier brokered the top sale at Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR.

OFFICE – EL DORADO MEDICAL CAMPUS, TUCSON, AZ (EASTSIDE)
Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, and Alexis Corona, Office Specialists, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in a 77,971-square-foot lease with TMC Healthcare at the El Dorado Medical Campus. Located on Tucson’s eastside, the well-established medical office campus is designed for modern healthcare users, featuring strong visibility along Wilmot Road, ample parking, and convenient access throughout the site.

Anchored by Tucson Medical Center and Cornerstone Behavioral Health, the campus serves an outpatient population exceeding 500,000. Its proximity to hospitals, retail centers, and restaurants makes it an ideal setting for healthcare providers expanding outpatient and specialty services. Healthcare leasing like this continues to support Tucson’s office market, which remains more resilient than many other metro areas due to sustained medical demand.

RETAIL – 9550 E. GOLF LINKS ROAD, TUCSON, AZ (EASTSIDE)
Greg Furrier, Principal, and Natalie Furrier, Retail Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in the $5.7 million sale of a multi-tenant retail center at 9550 E. Golf Links Road.

The 88,848-square-foot property occupies 7.3 acres at the intersection of Golf Links and Harrison—one of Tucson’s highest-traffic eastside corridors. Major tenants include ArchWell Health, Bookmans, and Platinum Fitness, offering a stable rent roll and consistent customer traffic. The site also includes an undeveloped pad with development potential for future retail or service uses.

High visibility, strong occupancy, and expansion opportunities make the property a solid long-term investment in Tucson’s eastside retail market.
