Cactus Quilt Shop will sell goods, wares, and merchandise as well as offer quilting services, classes, and workshops. They will be opening the beginning of 2022. RETAIL – NW CORNER of 22nd ST and PANTANO RD., TUCSON 85710, East
The Pit LLC leased an approximately 20,004-square-foot parcel with an approximately 561-square-foot building located on the northwest corner of 22nd Street and Pantano Road. VOLK Company agents Jeramy Price and Joey Castillo handled the lease for The Wong Family Limited Partnership.

Maricopa County Signs Office Lease in Mesa, Ariz.

The deal marks the largest lease transaction in the submarket in last three years

Phoenix, Arizona – CBRE announced Maricopa County has leased 41,917 square feet of office space at Mesa Corporate Center in Mesa, Ariz.

CBRE’s Jamie Swirtz and Bruce Suppes represented the landlord, Shadow Ridge Estates, in the transaction.

Originally constructed in 2000, Mesa Corporate Center is located at 1001 W. Southern Avenue in the Superstition Corridor. The two-story, 106,209-square-foot office building features 692 parking spaces and is approximately six miles from Arizona State University. The deal marks the largest lease transaction in the submarket in last three years, according to CBRE research.

“Our team was able to secure the new tenant prior to the space becoming vacant,” said Swirtz. “ This fills a large vacancy in the submarket, which continues to see strong demand due to its proximity to freeways and a young, educated workforce.”




NAI Horizon professionals close 3 sales transactions totaling more than $11M

PHOENIX, ARIZONA – The sales of an office building in Scottsdale, a retail building in Mesa and an industrial building in Phoenix totaling more than $11 million highlight recent transactions closed by NAI Horizon professionals.

Sale Transactions:

Lane Neville, Logan Crum and Cole Neville negotiated the sale of a 23,240 SF office building representing the seller, Structured REA-3080, LLC for $8.2 million. The property is located at 3080 N. Civic Center Plaza, Scottsdale, AZ. The buyer, GMCW, LLC was represented by Tony Werstler with The Jason Mitchell Group.

Mark Wilcke negotiated the sale of a 9,950 SF retail building representing the seller, Nu Sash, LLC for $2.3 million. The property is located at 1507 S. Country Club Drive, Mesa, AZ. The buyer, Little Sam Investments, LLC was represented by Scott Spear with Eisenberg Company.

Rick Foss negotiated the sale of a 3,693 SF industrial building representing the seller, Cedar Trading, LLC for $550,000. The property is located at 2346 E. University Drive, Phoenix, AZ. The buyer, Dominick Kehayias was represented by Greg Hopley with Colliers.
