Tempe, AZ – Nick Miner, CCIM of ORION Investment Real Estate reports selling 1219 South McClintock Drive for the second time within the past two years. The property, located just north of the northeast corner of McClintock Drive and Apache Boulevard, sold for $1,400,000 or $347.22 per square foot for the 4,032 square foot building or $33.48 per square foot for the land. PIMA COUNTY, ARIZONA – Pima Animal Care Center is holding a free pet vaccination and microchip clinic Nov. 20, 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Ajo Church of God, 1900 N. 2^nd Avenue, Ajo. This will be a first-come, first-served event.

“Pima County is so large that it can be difficult for pet owners to make the long drive for preventative care for their pets,” Monica Dangler, Director of Animal Services, said. “In most underserved communities that PACC helps, we find people and pets are already waiting for us when we pull up with our supplies, so we know just how much these services are needed.”

Dogs will need to be on leashes. Cats will need to be in carriers. Pet owners should plan to wait in line and bring water for their pets and themselves.

Services that will be offered include:

• Brief exam by licensed veterinarian
• FVRCP vaccines for cats (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia)
• DHPP vaccines for dogs (Distemper, parvovirus, parainfluenza, and hepatitis/adenovirus)
• Rabies vaccines for cats and dogs
• Deworming for pets under six months old
• Microchip implantation

Director of Veterinary Services Dr. Jennifer Wilcox has been to many of these events in Ajo. She said the team is ready to go.

“We’ve already planned out the stations to make the flow move quickly so that we can help as many pets as possible,” she said. “Time is of the essence when pets get sick, so that long drive from Ajo to Tucson can be a bit much for a sick pet. That’s why we are so happy to be able to provide the vaccines that can help these pets keep from getting sick in the first place.”
