CBRE Represents ViaWest Group & Barings in Acquisition of Deer Valley Industrial Redevelopment Site ReDiscover Logistics Park

Phoenix (October 8, 2025) – CBRE has arranged the acquisition of the Deer Valley Innovation Park, a 43.5-acre site at 2402 West Beardsley Road in Phoenix. The property was acquired through a joint venture between ViaWest Group and Barings, which will redevelop the property into ReDiscover Logistics Park, a four-building, Class A industrial project totaling 808,000 sq. ft.

The large parcel located just off the interchange of Interstate 17 and Loop 101 in North Phoenix currently includes a 345,000 sq. ft. former call center building, which will be demolished to make way for the industrial park. ReDiscover will deliver flexible layouts, high-quality construction, and ample truck and trailer parking, catering to a wide range of industrial users.
