PHOENIX, ARIZ. (Dec. 20, 2024) – The Muller Company, a real estate investment, development, and management firm that excels in acquiring and repositioning commercial properties, is proud to announce that two of its Senior Property Managers have been named 2024 Certified Property Manager (CPM) of the Year by their respective IREM chapters.
Genna Goldberg, CPM, was named CPM of the Year by IREM Greater Phoenix for her legislative work in Washington, D.C. Amy Martin, CPM, RPA, FMA, LEED GA, was named CPM of the Year by IREM Los Angeles for overall leadership in 2024.
IREM, the Institute of Real Estate Management, is the industry voice for real estate management with more than 20,000 leaders in commercial and residential management who benefit from its education programs, certifications, and networking.
Goldberg, a Senior Property Manager, joined The Muller Company in 2009 (15 years). She has extensive experience managing industrial, office, and retail properties over her career. She directs day-to-day operations including overseeing property renovations, leasing activity, legal, support staff, maintenance, and vendors.

A native of Chicago, Goldberg is active in IREM Greater Phoenix and several other industry groups in the Valley. She has served on the IREM National Advocacy Committee, the IREM National Governing Council, and was President of IREM Greater Phoenix in 2013 and 2018. Goldberg is also active in NAIOP Arizona.
Goldberg gives back to the community supporting the Xavier Mothers’ Guild and Toys for Tots. Away from the office she enjoys traveling with her daughter for beach volleyball.
Martin, also a Senior Property Manager, joined The Muller Company in 2006 (18 years). She provides oversight and leasing for a 155,000-square-foot medical office building with almost 100 tenants. Martin is responsible for training, developing, and managing a staff of 22 consisting of an assistant property manager, an engineer, contracted security, janitorial, and parking personnel.
A native of Flint, Michigan, Martin is actively involved with IREM Los Angeles, BOMA Greater Los Angeles, and USGBC. In 2019 she served as President of IREM Greater Los Angeles. Martin is a two-time nominee for BOMA Greater Los Angeles Property Manager of the Year and a three-time TOBY Award winner.
Martin is an accomplished abstract artist who says her inspiration comes from her husband, music, and her love of color. Martin is an avid crocheter and a die-hard Los Angeles Lakers fan.
