Phoenix Commercial Lease Report July 10-14, 2023

PHOENIX, ARIZONA (July 17, 2023) — Highlighted this week is a 3,200-square-foot retail lease to AZ Appliance Liqudators handled by Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate.

The following leases were submitted to the Real Estate Daily News from July 10-14, 2023.

A lease for 3,200 square feet in Grove Towne Square to AZ Appliance Liquidators was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 1130 W. Grove Ave in Mesa, AZ. The owner of the center is Rainbow Investments, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the Landlord.

RETAIL – 5131 W McDOWELL RD., PHOENIX, 85035
A lease for 3,032 square feet at 5131 W McDowell Rd. to Stat Imaging, LLC was recently consummated. The owner of the building is CVP – McDowell Annex, LLC. Jake Ertle and Nic Chavira of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the owner and the tenant.

RETAIL – 1522 S GILBERT RD, GILBERT, 85296
A lease for 2,500 square feet within Gilbert & Ray Shops to Fox Fitness was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 1522 S. Gilbert Road, Gilbert, AZ.  The owner of the center is Jabon Investments, LLC.  Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the Landlord and Langdon Bridges of CPI represented the tenant on this transaction.

RESTAURANT – 14870 N NORTHSIGHT BLVD, SCOTTSDALE, 85260
A Restaurant lease for 1,800 square feet within Northsight Village to Wallbeds By Wilding was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 14870 N. Northsight Blvd in Scottsdale, AZ.  The owner of the center is Newbury Park Investments, LLC.  Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the Landlord and Aaron Norwood of LevRose represented the Tenant on this transaction.

RESTAURANT – 29850 N TATUM BLVD., CAVE CREEK, 85331
A lease for 1,682 square feet in The Shops at Tatum Ranch to Anji’s Kitchen was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 29850 N. Tatum Blvd., in Cave Creek, AZ.  Kevin Roessler of Rein & Grossoehme represented the landlord.

RETAIL – 1232 E SOUTHERN AVE., MESA, 85204
A lease for 1,445 square feet in Copper Bell Plaza to Captain Tattoo Art Collective was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 1232 E. Southern Ave., in Mesa, AZ. Kevin Roessler of Rein & Grossoehme represented the landlord and tenant.

OFFICE – 4041 E THOMAS RD, PHOENIX, 85018
A lease for 1,440 square feet within 40 Palms Arcadia to Reset Mind & Body Wellness was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 4041 E. Thomas Road in Phoenix, AZ.  The owner of the center is Arcadia Village Shops, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented both the Tenant and Landlord on this transaction.

RETAIL – SEC GRAND AVE & 107^th AVE, SUN CITY
A lease for 1,325 square feet within Kings Inn Plaza to King Day Spa was recently consummated.  The location of the property is SEC of Grand Ave & 107^th Ave in Sun City.  The owner of the center is Kings Inn of Sun City, LLC.
