Phoenix Lease Report April 17-21, 2017

The following leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News for the Phoenix Lease report during the week of April 17 thru 21, 2017.

RETAIL – 1746 W RUBY DR., TEMPE, AZ
A lease for 10,002-square-feet to Swim Spa International in Emerald Design Center was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 1746 W. Ruby Dr. in Tempe, AZ.  The owner of the center is Ruby Road Enterprises, LLC.  Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the Landlord and Mike Ord with DL Slaughter represented the tenant on this transaction.

RETAIL – 15855 N GREENWAY HAYDEN LOOP, SCOTTSDALE, AZ
A lease for 2,069-square-feet at GH Commerce Loop Center to Grand Canyon Home Supply, LLC was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 15855 N. Greenway Hayden Loop, Suite 170 in Scottsdale, AZ.  The owner of the center is K2H GH Loop, LLC.  Jake Ertle and Steve Grossoehme of Rein and Grossoehme CRE represented the owner and Michelle Gatti of Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the tenant.

RETAIL – ARROWHEAD VISTA SHOPPING CENTER, GLENDALE, AZ
A lease for 1,802-square-feet in Arrowhead Vista Shopping Center to IJ House of Queen was recently consummated.  The location of the property is north of the northwest corner of Bell Road and 51^st Ave in Glendale, AZ.  Jim Edwards of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner.

RETAIL – SEC BELL & LITCHFIELD ROADS, SURPRISE, AZ
A lease for 1,200-square-feet in West Point Towne Center to Papa’s Gourmet Tacos was recently consummated.  The location of the property is east of the southeast corner of Bell Rd and Litchfield Rd (the Sprouts center) in Surprise, AZ.  This is the first location for Papa’s Gourmet Tacos.  Jim Edwards of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Landlord.

RETAIL – SEC BELL & LITCHFIELD ROADS, SURPRISE, AZ
A lease for 910-square-feet in West Point Towne Center to Matrix Cell Phone Repair was recently consummated.  The location of the property is east of the southeast corner of Bell Rd and Litchfield Rd (the Sprouts center) in Surprise, AZ.  This is the first location for Matrix Cell Phone Repair.  Jim Edwards of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Landlord and Horth Hong of NAI Horizon represented the tenant.
