PHOENIX, ARIZONA — Highlighted this week is a 9.555-square-foot retail lease to Modern Resale handled by Jake Ertle and Nic Chavira of Rein and Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate. Also, a 9,429-square-foot lease to Providence Orthodox Presbyterian Church of Scottsdale handles by Thomas A. Smith with NAI Horizon and Suzanne Enright & John Quantrini with Shell Commercial.

A lease for 9,555 SF in Westside Plaza to Modern Resale was recently consummated. The location of the property is 4020 N 67th Ave. in Phoenix, AZ.
