The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Phoenix Lease Report from March 12- 16, 2018.

Phenix Salon Suites Signs Lease at Power Intersection
ORION Investment Real Estate recently leased 6,895-square-feet to Phenix Salon Suites. They signed a 10-year lease at the power intersection of 48th Street and Ray Road. There are several notable tenants at the intersection, including Burlington, Ross, Marshalls, Sprouts, AMC Theatres, Best Buy, and Target.

Judi Butterworth, Senior Vice President of ORION, facilitated the lease. Butterworth said, "Phenix Salon Suites will bring hundreds of customers every day to this location. They have been seeking a location in the affluent Ahwatukee trade area for a few years.” They are scheduled to open fourth quarter of 2018.

The Owner is DDRA Ahwatukee Foothills LLC and Ahwatukee Foothills Towne Center, Phase III. The Tenant, Dapeng LLC dba Phenix Salon Suites, is a franchisee that has opened two locations, with two currently under development.

RETAIL – 20028 N 67TH AVE., STE B206/208, GLENDALE
Body Vision Fitness leased 4,585-square-feet at Village at Arrowhead, 20028 N. 67th Avenue, Suite B206/208, Glendale, AZ, 85308.  Signed in March 2018. We (Brian & Tom Woods- Colliers) represented the landlord, Sunbelt Investment Holdings, Inc. on the ten-year lease signed in March. John Corritore of The Corritore Company represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – 28325 N TATUM BLVD., CAVE CREEK
Three Regions Vietnamese recently consummated a lease for 1,401-square-feet in Tatum Dynamite Shops.  The location of the property is 28325 N. Tatum Blvd., Cave Creek, AZ.  The owner of the center is Bengin, LLC.  Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the Landlord and Sean Lieb of SRS represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – 10609 N 43RD AVE., PHOENIX
Affordable Cabinets & Windows leased 2,240-square-feet in Ross Plaza.  The location of the property is 10609 N. 43rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ.  The owner of the center is B.H. North 43rd Avenue, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented both the Landlord and the Tenant on this transaction.

RETAIL – 15620 N 35TH AVE., PHOENIX
Sal’s Hair Salon leased 1,100-square-feet in The Palms Shopping Center.  The location of the property is 15620 N 35th Avenue in Phoenix, AZ.  Nic Chavira of Rein and Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the owner and the tenant.
