The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Phoenix Lease Report from May 16 thru 20, 2016

RETAIL – 8200 W PEORIA AVENUE, PEORIA
A lease for 58,000-square-feet in Peoria Towne Center was recently signed with Thrifty Lots.  The property is located at 8200 W. Peoria Avenue in Peoria, Arizona.  The owner of the center is SLEA 512, LLC. Thrifty Lots is a large liquidation and outlet store that offers consumers up to 80% off retail prices. Jake Ertle of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented Thrifty Lots in the transaction and both Jake Ertle and Steve Grossoehme represented the owner.

RETAIL – LAGUNA VILLAGE SEC RAY & KYRENE, CHANDLER
Natural Grocers leased 14,264-square-feet at Laguna Village at the SEC Ray Road and Kyrene Road in Chandler, AZ. Bryan Ledbetter with Zell Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

RETAIL- GREENWAY PROMENADE NWC GREENWAY & 59^TH AVE, GLENDALE
On Stage Dance Studio leased 6,180-square-feet in the Greenway Promenade at the NWC Greenway and 59^th Avenue in Glendale, AZ. Donna Reece with Zell Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

RETAIL- 7^TH STREET PLAZA, PHOENIX
Saffron JAK Pizzas leased 1,800-square-feet of space at 7^th Street Plaza at the NEC Union Hills Drive and 7^th Street in Phoenix, AZ. Donna Reece and Bryan Ledbetter with Zell Commercial represented the landlord.

RETAIL – THE SHOPPES AT CLEMENTE RANCH, CHANDLER
Totally Chi Reflexology, The Ultimate Relaxation Experience leased 1,400-square-feet at The Shoppes at Clemente Ranch located at the SWC Alma School and Germann Road in Chandler, AZ. Bryan Ledbetter and Dena Zell with Zell Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

RETAIL – CHANDLER HEIGHTS MARKETPLACE, CHANDLER
Big League Haircuts leased 1,200-square-feet at Chandler Heights Marketplace at the NWC Chandler Heights and Gilbert Road in Chandler. Bryan Ledbetter with Zell Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

RETAIL – LA MIRADA, NEC PINNACLE PEAK & PIMA, SCOTTSDALE
