This week’s Phoenix Lease Report highlights a 5,488-square-foot retail lease to El Pacifico Mexican Restuarant at Grove Towne Square in Mesa, handled by Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate.

A lease for 5,488-square-feet within Grove Towne Square to El Pacifico Mexican Restaurant was recently consummated. The location of the property is 1130 W. Grove Ave in Mesa, AZ. The owner of the center is Rainbow Investments, LLC Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented both the Tenant and Landlord on this transaction.
INDUSTRIAL – 5050 S 40TH STREET, PHOENIX
A lease for 4,400-square-feet within Park 40 Industrial to Sports Mobile Sprinter Vans was recently consummated. The location of the property is 5050 S. 40th Street in Phoenix, AZ. The owner of the center is Bryan Industrial Properties, Inc. This is Sports Mobile’s 3rd Facility in the US, and will serve as their Southwest Hub. A lease for 3,976-square-feet within The ASU – Brickyard in Tempe, AZ to Nanaya Japanese Kitchen was recently consummated. The location of the property is 699 S. Mill Ave in Tempe, AZ. The owner of the Property is Arizona State University. This will be Nanaya’s 3rd location, they purchased 7341 E. 6th Ave restaurant building and plan on calling that restaurant J-Town and currently operate Nananya at 36th St & Indian School in Phoenix. A lease for 1,300-square-feet within Pecan Grove Festival Ceneter to Elliot Dudley Farmers Insurance was recently consummated. The location of the property is 655 W. Warner Road in Tempe, AZ.
