RETAIL – 1729 N. DYSART RD., AVONDALE
Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek, Gabe Ortega and Patrick Anthon with NAI Horizon represented the landlord, Alameda Venture, LLC, in a 123-month retail lease for a 3,600-square-feet of space at 1729 N. Dysart Rd. Ty Brewster with Keyser represented the tenant, Rosati’s Pizza.
RETAIL – 2051 W. CHANDLER BLVD., CHANDLER
Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek, Gabe Ortega and Patrick Anthon with NAI Horizon represented the tenant, La Hacienda, in a 63-month retail lease for a 2,000-square-feet of space at 2051 W. Chandler Blvd. Trent Rustan with Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the landlord, Persis Properties, LLC.

A lease for 1,380-square-feet was recently consummated. The location of the property is 820-822 E Indian School Rd in Phoenix, AZ. Richard Mackay of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the owner and the tenant.
