Phoenix Lease Report October 3-7, 2022

PHOENIX, ARIZONA — Highlighted this week is a 6,645 square-foot retail lease to BradyIFS handled by Kevin Roessler, Max Schumacher and Patrick Sheehan of Rein and Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate handled the transaction.

The following leases were  submitted to the Real Estate Daily News from October 3-7, 2022.

RETAIL – 3325 N 19th AVENUE, PHOENIX
A lease for 6,645 square feet at 19th Ave & Osborn to BradyIFS was recently consummated. The location of the property is 3325 N. 19th Ave., in Phoenix, AZ.  Kevin Roessler, Max Schumacher & Patrick Sheehan of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner and tenant.

OFFICE – 515 E CONTINETNTAL DR., TEMPE
A lease for 3,300 square feet at 515 E. Continental Dr. in Tempe, AZ to All Into Therapy was recently consummated. The location of the property is located off Scottsdale Rd. and Continental Dr. in Tempe, AZ. The owner of the property is Abiding Savior Lutheran Church.  Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the landlord and Clear Commercial represented the tenant on this transaction.

RETAIL – NEC TATUM & DYNAMITE RD., CAVE CREEK
A lease for 2,400 square feet in Tatum & Dynamite Shops to New York Butcher Shop was recently consummated. The location of the property is located at the NEC of Tatum Blvd & Dynamite Road in Cave Creek, AZ. The owner of the center is Bengin, LLC.  Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the Landlord and Investar represented the landlord on this transaction.

RETAIL – 7346-7426 N 51st AVENUE, GLENDALE
A lease for 800 square feet in Palm Plaza to Gbana Accounting Services was recently consummated. The location of the property is 7346-7426 N. 51st Ave., in Glendale, AZ.  Kevin Roessler of Rein & Grossoehme represented the landlord and tenant.
