Phoenix Leases Sept. 10-14, 2018

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Phoenix Lease Report from Sept. 10 thru 14, 2018.

RETAIL – 3601 W CAMELBACK RD., PHOENIX, AZ
A lease renewal for 3,200-square-feet in GC Plaza to Palazzo Salon de Fiestas was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 3601 W Camelback Rd. in Phoenix, AZ. The owner of the center is JARM, LLC.  Nic Chavira of Rein and Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the owner and the tenant.

RETAIL – 3831 E THUNDERBIRD RD., PHOENIX, AZ
A lease for 2,330-square-feet in Paradise Square to Taco Huicho Restaurant was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 3831 E. Thunderbird Rd. in Phoenix, AZ.  The owner of the center is Manatee Investments, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented both the Tenant and Landlord on this transaction.

RETAIL – SOUTHSHORE TOWN CENTER, CHANDLER, AZ
Taiwanese brand Da Yung's Tea recently leased a second space for their expanding business totaling 1,628-square-feet. The new location is opening in the Southshore Town Center, situated on the southeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Ocotillo Road in Chandler. The center is anchored by Home Depot and located across from the largest public high school in the East Valley, Hamilton High School. Established in 2001, and having over 270 stores in Asia, Da Yung's Tea has a long history of success. It offers a healthy selection of coffee, tea, juices, smoothies, as well as a full kitchen.

Lacey Eyman of ORION Investment Real Estate represented the tenant. "This trendy new concept will blend perfectly with other retailers in south Chandler. It will also be able to serve the Hamilton High School student population, with a current enrollment of approximately 3,900 students," says Eyman. This is Eyman's second transaction with Da Yung's Tea and their second location in Arizona.  Kristina Remon of Strategic represented the Owner in this transaction.

RETAIL – 402 E GREENWAY PKWY., STE 21, PHOENIX, AZ
Brian Woods of Colliers International represented both Nexus the landlord and GenTech the tenant on a five-year lease at Bell Towne Centre at 402 E. Greenway Parkway, Suite #21, Phoenix for a 1,184-square-feet. Lease was signed in September 2018.

RETAIL – SURPRISE TOWNE CENTER, SURPRISE, AZ
A lease for 1,176-square-feet in Surprise Towne Center to Red Wing Shoe Co. was recently consummated.  The location of the property is west of the southwest corner of Litchfield and Bell in Surprise, AZ.  Red Wing Shoe Co. is a nationally franchised company, and has locations nationwide. Jim Edwards of R&G represented the owner and Justin Rihs of De Rito Partners represented the tenant.
