Terry Dahlstrom of VOLK Company represented the landlord, The Wright-Oracle, L.L.C. in its lease of an approximately 14,000-square-foot parcel with 2,818 square feet of improvements located at the northeast corner of Broadway and Stapley in Mesa to The Good Health Group, LLC. The tenant, who operates as My Dr Now, was represented by NAI Horizon.

A lease for 2,025 square feet in The Camp at Black Canyon to Pro-Ink Studios was recently consummated. The property is located at 8027 N. Black Canyon Hwy., in Phoenix, AZ. Kevin Roessler of Rein & Grossoehme represented the tenant and landlord. Rein & Grossoehme specializes in the sale of investment properties and retail, office, and industrial leasing.
