PHOENIX, ARIZONA (July 7, 2026) — The following Phoenix leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News for the week of June 29 – July 3, 2026. Reported activity included a 2,777-square-foot lease at Bell Mar Plaza in Surprise and a retail water kiosk lease in Mesa. Lightwork Lounge leased 2,777 square feet at Bell Mar Plaza in Surprise. The owner of the center is Rainbow Investments, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord in the transaction.

RETAIL- 1350 W. University Drive, Mesa, 85201 – EAST VALLEY
Argencia Water leased space for a water kiosk at 1350 W. University Drive in Mesa. The owner of the property is East Garden Grove Center LLC. Nic Chavira of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
