TUCSON, AZ (May 2, 2024) –  Arcadia Real Estate Holdings, L.L.C. purchased 6,495 square feet of retail space at 4832 E. Speedway Blvd. in Tucson from Fangs and Claws LLC for $2,241,250 ($345 PSF).

Built in 1958, the property was remodeled in 2018 for Pima Pet Clinic – Urgent Care Services, which continued to occupy it when it was sold.  Established in 1978, Pima Pet Clinic’s philosophy of care is based on a collaborative team approach with the pet as their constant focus. Veterinarians bring a broad spectrum of experience, expertise, and specialization to the table, and the paraprofessional staff of highly trained, certified technicians, receptionists, and administrators are all dedicated to caring for pets. Consultation between our doctors, staff, and outside specialists ensures the best possible treatment is available.

The sale closed on April 11, 2024.
