PPEP Announces Lease Renewals in Avondale and Arivaca

LEASE RENEWALS

RETAIL/MEDICAL – 811 E. Riley Drive, Avondale, 85323 – Southwest Valley Submarket

Cornerstone Dental PLLC renewed its lease for approximately 2,600 square feet of retail/commercial space at The Dysart Business Park, 811 E. Riley Drive in Avondale. PPEP, Inc. owns and manages the property. Dan Nydegger, president of Cornerstone Dental PLLC, represented the tenant. Jake Herrington, chief administrative officer overseeing property, insurance and transportation for PPEP, represented the landlord.

COMMUNITY FACILITY/LODGING – 15925 W. Universal Ranch Road, Arivaca, 85601 – Pima Southwest Submarket

Arivaca Action Center, Inc. renewed its longstanding lease with property owner PPEP, Inc. at 15925 W. Universal Ranch Road in Arivaca. The property includes approximately 2,500 square feet of building space on 10 acres. Approximately half of the primary building accommodates daycare and early learning activities, while the remaining portion provides guest and short-term lodging. The facility also supports the nonprofit’s community services.
