Davis Development of Tucson, an affiliate of Premier Building Group (Don Davis, manager) is returning to the housing market, recently acquiring 45.55 acres in Oro Valley for platting an undetermined number of new lots for $1.48 million ($32,500 per acre). The property is located southwest of First Ave. and Naranja Dr in Oro Valley.
