Pyramid Federal Credit Union Buys Tucson Office Building for $1.8 Million

Tucson, Arizona  – CBRE announced it has negotiated the $1.8 million ($95 PSF) sale of an 18,957-square-foot office building at 4911 E. Broadway Blvd. in Tucson.

Nancy McClure of CBRE in Tucson represented the buyer, Pyramid Federal Credit Union, in the acquisition. The seller, Santo Thomas Partners, LLP was represented by Rick Kleiner, MBA and Brandon Rodgers, CCIM, SIOR, of Cushman & Wakefield | Picor in Tucson.

Built in 1979, the two-story property sits on 1.13 acres in Tucson’s desirable Broadway corridor. The property features 122 parking spaces, signage along Broadway Blvd. and a plethora of nearby amenities. The buyer plans to renovate the property to serve as its administrative headquarters with some branch activities.
