PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Retail leases dominated recent deals facilitated by NAI Horizon professionals, including six closed by the Retail Properties Group of Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek, and Gabe Ortega. Retail deals totaled nine overall.

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega represented the tenant, LE NID Consortium International, Inc., in a 60-month office sub-lease for 16,671 SF at 6991 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ. The sublessor, SiSense, was represented by Chris Nord with Cushman & Wakefield.

Laurel Lewis and Dylan Whitwer represented the landlord, Solera Health Inc., in a 52-month office sub-lease for 19,300 SF at 111 W. Monroe, Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, Naphcare Inc., was represented by Bill Zurek with Transwestern.
