RHP Properties Expands Portfolio with Tucson Manufactured Home Community

TUCSON, ARIZONA – RHP Properties, the nation’s largest privately held owner and operator of manufactured home communities, has announced the acquisition of a manufactured home community, Crescent Manor, at 1150 W Prince Road in Tucson, bringing the company’s total of manufactured home communities in the state to seven and 254 nationwide. The announcement was made by Ross H. Partrich, CEO, RHP Properties.

Crescent Manor is located off Interstate 10 and is in close proximity to major retail outlets and the University of Arizona. Crescent Manor is an age-restricted (55 years and older) community offering residents many amenities such as a pool, clubhouse and shuffleboard courts. There is public transportation available at the entrance of this tree-lined community and local retail within walking distance.
