TUCSON, ARIZONA – A multitenant automotive building at 444-450 West Prince Road in Tucson sold for $737,000 ($74 PSF). The property is a four-tenant, 9,960-square-foot automotive use building, built in 1994 on just under one acre northwest of Oracle and Prince Roads.

The buyer, JSAB Holdings LLC will occupy two of the spaces for a tire shop dba RNR Tire. This is the company’s second location in Tucson, the first being at 8170 E 22nd Street. The company is looking for additional locations in metro Tucson.
