Joining handsThere comes a time in a company’s growth when it makes sense to join hands! The owners of Rubs and Spa NiVa in town are doing just that.

Shelene and Lynn Taylor have become partners in Tucson's own Spa NiVa, with Dr. and Mrs. Hobeich and Mr. and Mrs. Menke.  Shelene Taylor is the founder and owner of Rubs, a Tucson based massage chain. Operations of Spa NiVa will be handled by Shelene Taylor, a veteran in the massage industry with 27 years of experience.

The owners all have deep roots in the Tucson community and in their businesses have always provided excellent services in the massage and spa industry.

This partnership is designed to continue to position Spa NiVa as Tucson’s Premiere Medi Spa, with a full menu of services to meet the day spa goer’s needs. In addition, clients will be able to receive medi spa treatments at reasonable prices at the Spa NiVa locations at 6330 N Campbell Rd, Skyline and Campbell and 6380 E Grant Rd, Grant & Wilmot and at Rubs' six locations.

Rubs has opened three new locations over the past year. Its latest studio opened in November at 10580 N La Canada Drive in Oro Valley, and followed the April opening of Rubs at 7385 W Wrightstown Road. Other Rubs locations are at 5151 N Oracle Road, 1531 N Wilmot Road, 7385 S Houghton Road with its newest studio scheduled to open in November at Madera Marketplace in Sahuarita.
