PHOENIX, ARIZONA (June 11, 2024) – NAI Horizon professionals recently closed five sales totaling more than $10 million, including three industrial properties, land, and a retail pad. The industrial sales totaled a combined $8 million.

Sales Transactions:

Jeffrey Garza Walker negotiated the sale of a 50,594-square-foot industrial building for $4.7 million, representing the buyer, American Gem Packaging Solutions, LLC. The property is located at 2760 S. La Luna, Goodyear, AZ. The seller, A1 Desert Investments, LLC, was self-represented.

Rick Foss negotiated the sale of a 10,054-square-foot industrial building for $2.21 million, representing the seller, McDowell Sonoran Holdings, LLC. The property is located at 5230 S. 39th St., Phoenix, AZ. The buyer, Bell Holdings 1100, LLC, was represented by Garrett Wilson with Cushman Wakefield.

Jay Mininberg negotiated the sale of 40,973-square-foot of land for $1.275 million, representing the buyer, FJT1 Rental, LLC. The property is located at 2422 E. Apache Blvd., 2424 E. Apache Blvd., and 1114 S. Lebanon Lane, Tempe, AZ. The seller, Robert, and Mary Figueroa was represented by Neil Sherman and Zackery Sherman with Sperry-Insignia.

Jay Mininberg negotiated the sale of 4,000 square feet of industrial space for $1.224 million, representing the seller, MM2 Myrtle, LLC. The property is at 1745 W. Deer Valley Road, Phoenix, AZ. The buyer, Hakala Living Trust, was represented by Zak Kottler and Joe Cosgrove with LevRose Commercial.

Sharon Reeves and Paul Holland of Colliers negotiated the sale of a .6361-acre retail PAD for $750,000, representing the buyer, Landa Peoria, LLC. The property is located at SEC Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley Road, Peoria, AZ. The seller, Mountainside Crossing Parcel 2B, LLC, was self-represented.
