San Jose Plaza Net-Leased Office Condo Sells for $1.58 Million
TUCSON, ARIZONA – 10130 N Oracle Rd Suite 210 a net- leased property occupied by BASIS.ed sold for $1,576,000 ($303 PSF). The 5,200-square-foot condominium is five contiguous spaces build in 2009.
The first BASIS Charter School, BASIS Tucson, was founded in Tucson in 1998 by Michael Block and Olga Block, with the goal of educating students at an internationally competitive level.

The developer, CJR Investments (Christopher Heinfeld), has sold 12 of the 16 units at San Jose Plaza with this transaction.
