Tucson Lease Report – March 30 – April 3, 2026

TUCSON, AZ (April 7, 2026) — Tucson’s latest lease activity totaled 33,837 square feet this week, including 24,211 square feet of new leases and 9,626 square feet of renewals. Industrial space led the report with 24,961 square feet leased overall, followed by 8,720 square feet of retail space and 156 square feet of office space. The week’s largest new lease was Tier One Coachwerkz, LLC’s 9,250-square-foot industrial lease at 6260 N Travel Center Dr., part of a broader 45,000-square-foot redevelopment. In retail, Showcase Flippin’ It Estate Liquidation signed for 4,497 square feet at Oracle Limberlost Shopping Center, while Cairn Counseling Services, LLC leased a 156-square-foot executive office at Pima Corporate Center.

Tier One Coachwerkz, LLC leased 9,250 square feet of industrial space at 6260 N Travel Center Dr. from Tucson RV Owner, LLC. The tenant operates an RV repair shop with storage center. This lease marks the first completed transaction within a broader 45,000-square-foot redevelopment of the existing RV storage facility, with full project delivery anticipated in Q3 2026.
