Scottsdale, AZ – Kent Circle Partners (Scott Seldin, President) announces new tenant, Jarvis Realty International, LLC at the Shops at Gainey Ranch. Jarvis Realty International, Residential Real Estate Brokers, will occupy 1,854-square-feet. They are planning to open their office late November or early December.
Troy Jarvis, founder of Jarvis Realty International, began selling real estate in the valley in 1994. According to Troy, “Building relationships and trust - in person - is our approach. Jarvis Realty International will continue to share their knowledge and expertise on the Gainey Ranch neighborhood, in a comfortable and no pressure environment.” The new Jarvis Realty International office will have a golf simulator for clients to both play and have fun learning about the area.

Shops at Gainey Ranch is located at 7704 E. Doubletree Ranch Road in Scottsdale. This 30,591-square-foot retail center is situated on a 3.362-acre site, east of the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa. Current tenants include McKenzie Architectural Kitchens, Anytime Fitness, My Salon Suite, Maui Pasta Company, Diva Lashes, Quail Run Needlework and Wally’s American Pub N’ Grille.
