Phoenix – The following Phoenix multifamily transactions were reported to us by Sperry Van Ness and CBRE in the Phoenix metro area and total over $9.4 million:

– 29SC Brittany, LLC., from Chicago, Ill. has purchased The Brittany apartment complex, a 92-unit multi-family property located at 708 North Country Club in Mesa, Ariz. from Pristine Estates, LLC of Tumon, Guam. Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented both the buyer and seller in negotiating the $3,189,680 ($34,670 per unit) transaction.

– David Eitches and Sammy Aflalo from Beverly Hills, California have purchased the Villa Schiliro apartment complex, a 21-unit multi-family property located at 3029 East Paradise Lane in Phoenix, Ariz., from Stepan S. Bebekian and Chake S. Bebekian Family Trust of Phoenix, Ariz. Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented both the buyer and the seller in negotiating the $646,000 ($30,762 per unit) transaction.

– Asset Preservation, Inc. from Los Angeles, California has purchased Desert Green Apartments, a 16-unit multi-family property located at 16243-16401 North 31st Street in Phoenix, Ariz., from Dramms, LLC of Poway, California. Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented both the buyer and the seller in negotiating the $700,000 ($43,750 per unit) transaction.

– Danny Lee with Sperry Van Ness represented the seller, Gunits, LLC in the $2,320,000 ($48,333 per unit) sale of the Greens of Litchfield Apartments, located at 1425 N. Palo Verde Drive in Goodyear. The complex consists of 48-units and was purchased by Goodyear GOL, LLC.

– Revival on Hayden Lane, with 36-units located at 1920 E. Hayden Lane in Tempe recently sold for $2,775,000 ($77,083 per unit). The seller was Revival on Hayden Lane, LLLP and the buyer was Evergreen on Hayden Lane, LLLP. Danny Lee of Sperry Van Ness represented both parties in the transaction.

– Carrick Sears represented the seller, Phoenix Investment Holdings 2, LLC in the sale of La Mirada Condos, located at 1350 E. Northern Avenue in Phoenix. The 9-unit condos sold for $229,500 ($25,500 per unit) and was purchased by Housing For America Foundation, represented by David Fuller of ReMax Desert Showcase.
