Following the panel discussion, participants can attend a CE Credit renewal class titled "Drafting the Commercial Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA)" in the category of Contract Law. The course, scheduled to begin at 1:30 PM on December 12th, teaches how to correctly draft a Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA), including the appropriate Exhibits Excellent Contract form, which can be utilized in retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and most other commercial properties, taught by Instructor Pat Sheahan.
