Tucson, Arizona, January 9, 2023 – The Southern Arizona Chapter of CCIM, commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement, presents its first 2023 Lunch Meeting this coming Tuesday:

Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter has invited Brad Lloyd, Owner & Vice President, Lloyd Construction and Mike Epstein, Managing Member Epstein Construction LLC to answer questions surrounding construction in Tucson today from issues surrounding construction materials, obtaining permits, working with utility companies, labor shortages and more.
Founded in 1969, Lloyd Construction is owned by second generation owner-operators Brad and Bill Lloyd. Lloyd Construction has built, renovated, or expanded hundreds of buildings, delivering over $1.2 billion in local construction. Since 1993 Epstein Construction has performed commercial construction projects throughout Arizona and California. Epstein Construction specializes in commercial construction, tenant improvement and unique/specialty commercial projects.
The Event is on January 10th, from 11:30am – 1:00pm, at the Doubletree by Hilton Reid Park, Bonsai Room, 445 S Alvernon Way, Tucson, AZ 85711. Registration fee is $35 for Chapter Members and $45 for Guests.
Every Month, directly after the lunch meeting, the Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter hosts a Department of Real Estate Credit Class from 1:30pm – 4:30:pm.
November’s class is How to Negotiate and Draft the Retail LOI & NNN Retail Lease. A complete class on the negotiation and drafting of the Retail NNN LOI and the NNN Retail Lease. Sample NNN Retail LOI and Word copy of a NNN Retail Lease are furnished to the Attendees. Typical NNN Retail Lease form Exhibits will be discussed. Registration fee, FREE to Chapter Members and $40 for Guests.
