The Hillman Grant, Pima Foundation and Pima Community College on Developing Tucson's Future Workforce

Tucson, Arizona, September 29, 2022  -- The Southern Arizona Chapter of CCIM, commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement, presents its October Lunch Meeting with speaker Marcy Eulernt, Pima Foundation President who will discuss Pima Foundation's campaign in Partnership with Connie J. Hillman Family Foundation.

The Hillman Foundation has pledged a one to two matching grant initiative over three years up to $5,000,000. This partnership is designed to have a transformative and indelible impression on the regional economy and the future workforce in Southern Arizona.

Eulernt will be joined by Pima Community College’s Greg Wilson, Dean of Applied Technology and Crispin Jeffery-Franco, Director of Business Development and Engagement in discussing Pima’s growing real estate program and how Pima Community College is helping to develop Tucson’s future workforce.

The Event is on October 11th, from 11:30am - 1:00pm, at the Doubletree by Hilton Reid Park, Bonsai Room, 445 S Alvernon Way, Tucson, AZ 85711. Registration fee is $35 for Chapter Members and $45 for Guests. Register HERE.

Every Month, directly after the lunch meeting, the Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter hosts a Department of Real Estate Credit Class from 1:30pm - 4:30:pm.

October’s class is Broker Management Clinic # 2 Broker Policies (Commercial) | Category: Commissioners Rules. The Designated Broker will learn how to develop Broker Supervision Policies, the required Policy & Procedures Manual and an Independent Contractor Agreement in compliance with the Commissioner's Rules. This is the ONLY Broker Management Clinic specific to commercial real estate offered in Arizona. Registration fee, FREE to Chapter Members and $40 for Guests. Register HERE.
