Sprouts Anchored “Crossing at Sahuarita” Center Sells for $19.1 Million
Sahuarita, Arizona – The Crossing at Sahuarita is a Sprouts anchored neighborhood center at I-19 and Old Nogales Hwy in Sahuarita. It recently sold for $19.1 million ($139 PSF) to an affiliate of Phoenix-based, Zeitlin Capital.
The 137,626-square-foot neighborhood center was developed by Utah-based Wadsworth Development (Nate Ballard, COO) and Accelerated Development Services of Phoenix (Dave Cheatham, manager) in 2017. The center includes Sprouts, PetSmart, TJMAxx, Starbucks, MOD Pizza, Verizon, Chipotle, Bealls, Carondelet Medical Group and several restaurants and shops to compliment the diverse tenant mix. The project is located at the southeast corner of Nogales Highway and Abrego Drive in Sahuarita, Arizona, which is about 20 minutes south of Tucson, located across the street from Walmart Supercenter, Ross and Big Lots.
The buyer also owns Midvale Plaza at 1640-1740 West Valencia Road in Tucson.
The seller retained two parcels adjoining Bealls at the center, Eegeeās is under-construction on one of the pads retained by seller and the second pad is available.
