Mesa, Arizona – Higley Investment Group LLC, an affiliate of Long Development Corporation (David Long, President) has purchased the former Iowa Café located at the southeast corner of Higley Rd & Brown Rd in Mesa, Arizona and will remodel the existing building to accommodate a new Starbucks store. Opening is anticipated within 3rd or 4th quarter of 2021.
Starbucks will be part of the existing Alta Mesa Plaza which is also home to Applebee’s, Salad & Go and Silver Star Theater.
Long was self-represented in negotiations for the buyer. The Seller (AMP Lot 4 Equities, LLC) was self-represented.
