TUCSON, Ariz. – Sundt Construction, Inc. (www.sundt.com) was awarded a construction manager at risk contract to build the new Texas Instruments facility in Tucson.

“We are excited to be selected for another significant office project in Tucson,” said Ian McDowell, Vice President and Tucson Regional Director for the company’s Building Group, Southwest District. “This project is another good indicator that Tucson is an attractive place for the highest caliber companies to build their teams.”

Sundt was selected to construct the new facility that will include administrative space as well as electronic laboratories to expand the current Tucson presence of Texas Instruments.  Preconstruction will begin immediately, and work will commence in early 2019.

Texas Instruments is a Fortune 500 technology company with over 70,000 employees operating in 35 countries. It has been on Fortune's Most Admired Companies List for 10 consecutive years.
